 Be careful when you see white spots on the skin!!Not to worry

Generally , white spots are caused due to result of depigmentation or colour loss.
Its not only one factor which is responsible  to occur this spot but variety of health conditions and factors can cause white spots to locate  on different parts of your body.
 
The fungus that usually some where is inside  the skin and due to lack of treatment may grow out of control which can be seen in form of spot on the skin.
Remember these fungus causes dry, itchy spots that are either darker or seems lighter than the original skins of that person. It  grow slowly and often cluster together.
Tinea versicolour looks like a white spot in pink shade, red or may be brown in colour. They can be more in notice on tanned skin .It may get larger with the time.
Itching, scaling and dryness are they symptoms. It may caused by excessive sweating, oily skin, humid, warm conditions, a weakened immune system in your body. Here people living in tropical climates if proper care is not taken may get effected. As teenagers may be caught more than the people  of  other age group ,reason is their oily skin.
In the cool weather may it subside temporary, but it can be relocated in humid and in hot temperature. 
If you find a mild symptoms  you can treat at home with anti-fungal products with suggestion .But if  home treatment is not giving result, then consult a dermatologist .
 
 
Eczema shows the symptoms like red colour, itchy rashes which may look like white spots .We can generally see the affected area are face, scalp ,hands, feet, elbows, eyelids, wrist, backs of the knees. You may feel rashes especially at night. Mostly seen among children ,but can affect people of any age. May be it remain lifelong 
Treatment for eczema is done  on symptom management. You may be able to reduce your symptoms with proactive behaviors that keep your skin healthy and lubricated. Some suggestion may work out to stay away from occurrence of this spots. Usage of mild cleansers may help you out rather than using harsh soaps, apply the medicated creams, don’t let your skin dry, don’t take long and hot showers bath, while cleaning  with chemical solutions wear gloves , try to use maximum natural solvents instead of chemicals. Take protection from air pollution and stay away from cigarette smoke too.

Vitiligo occurs when certain skin cells called melanocytes stop making melanin. Melanin is the pigment that gives color to your skin, hair, and eyes. Without pigment, white patches form.
You can see the affects  on the knees, hands, genitals, and hair. It can also affect areas with mucous membranes, such as the inside of the mouth and nose. It mostly develops in age of twenties but still can be seen at any age.
Treatment for vitiligo is cosmetic and aims to restore color to the affected skin. It can take trial and error with several therapies.
4) Idiopathic guttate hypomelanosis (IGH) manifests as small white spots on skin that receives high amounts of sun exposure. This includes areas such as arms and legs. The white spots are painless and benign.
IT  is more commonly seen  in people with light skin and may appear in women at younger ages than it does in men. However, it usually affects women older than 40.
Wearing sunscreen and avoiding excessive sun exposure is a good first step toward reducing further skin damage.
 If you want to reduce the appearance of these white spots, talk to your doctor about calcineurin inhibitors or laser treatments.
5.Pityriasis alba typically starts out as pink, slightly scaly plaques on the chin and cheeks. They may be round, oval, or irregular in shape, and are usually dry and scaly to the touch. The patches may clear up on their own or fade to white over time.
This appearing and disappearing order is most commonly found in children and teens. It’s also more likely to occur in people with dark skin. 
Pityriasis usually clears up on its own, but recurrences can happen. 
6.Lichen sclerosus is a rare condition seen in younger and older people. In women, it causes white patches of thin skin, usually around the anus and vulva. In men, It can also be found on other areas of the body.
Mild cases may not show any other noticeable symptoms. For  betterment consult your doctor for line of treatments.
